We’re excited to share that ExpressJet pilots will begin voting on contract extensions in the coming weeks that will enhance our already strong work rules to provide an unmatched total compensation package. The tentative agreement (TA) includes the following highlights:
First year pay of $37-40/hr, pending equipment type
Pay increases at all levels to benefit entire pilot group
Increased per diem rate to $1.85/hr, with additional increase to $1.90/hr after 18 months
Enhanced profit sharing program for all pilots
Additional Quality of life work rules for all pilots
Our pilots will vote on LOA 15 and LOA 12, which are two-year extensions to our current, separate contracts. We’re looking forward to the opportunity to improve the pay rates for all our pilots, both new and senior, with these contract extensions.
