expressjetIn an environment of instability in the regional industry, ExpressJet is making smart business decisions to support our growth and stability. We’ve extended contracts on a number of aircraft this year and into 2016, and we’ve introduced new work rules that improve our already great quality of life. LOA 14 introduces a number of positive changes in our work rules:

Accelerated upgrades

Increased flexibility for reserve pilots

Created hybrid reserve lines to allow more pilots to hold a line

Reduced short-call and ready reserve requirements

Increased ability for line-holders to modify their schedules

Added a year of longevity pay to the first officer pay scales

Improved pick-up window allows reserve pilots to better control their schedule
