Given our proven performance and reliability, American has awarded Envoy increased flying in recent months. To continue attracting new pilots, Envoy has announced two measures to boost pilot hiring:
Increase of signing bonus for all new hire pilots to $15,000.
The referral bonus for Envoy employees who refer qualified pilots to Envoy increased to $5,000. Employees are one of our most valuable resources for identifying qualified pilots, and we want to reward their insights and contributions. Under the new plan, pilots receive $5,000 as soon as their referral passes training.
