In a memo forwarded to Aero Crew News today titled, “ATL Drawdown and Vacancy Projections.” Mark Sutcliffe, Vice President Crew Planning & Analytics, stated “Between April and May, we expect to reduce the ATL Base by approximately 115 Pilots, which is less than the 140 we forecasted in September. We now also expect to reduce the DEN Base by approximately 155 Pilots.” The memo alleges that this is an effort to transfer their network and align their business plan.
