As the company continues to grow and expand its operations, the Latvian national airline airBaltic is actively recruiting, now offering more than 150 job positions in 28 vacancies across various departments – including pilots, flight instructors, operations and commercial personnel, technicians, customer care and more.
Currently, the airline is hiring Captains (with ICAO and EASA ATPL licenses) and Senior First Officers (with a fast-track command) for the Airbus A220-300 aircraft. For qualified professionals in both pilot positions who join airBaltic till May 31, 2025 and successfully pass the selection process, the airline will provide a sign-up bonus of EUR 15 000 gross for Captains and EUR 10 000 gross for Senior First Officers. The airline is also offering positions for Operations Control Centre Duty Supervisor, and for Flight Instructors at the airBaltic Training Centre.
