Jillian Preite

Currently a senior at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University (ERAU) in Daytona Beach, Fla. studying Communication & Broadcast Meteorology, Jillian hopes to become a broadcast meteorologist with a news station. Growing up in South Florida, she developed a love for weather at a young age and always found herself tracking the latest weather and storms, especially hurricanes. She also loves helping others, so being one the community can count on to keep them informed during any weather event is what she has a passion for. Throughout her time at ERAU, she has made sure to her mark through campus involvement. She is the Chief Meteorologist for ERAU's news broadcast, works on the campus paper, The Avion, and is also involved in multiple clubs and organizations. She looks forward to becoming a meteorologist with great anticipation!
