airBaltic Continues Recruitment – 90 Cabin Crew Positions Opened

Riga – The Latvian national airline airBaltic, announces that it is offering a total of 90 open positions for cabin crew – 70 based in Riga and 20 in Tallinn. Interested individuals are invited to attend cabin crew online recruitment days every Tuesday and Thursday at 13:00 (Riga time). During them there will be an opportunity to meet experienced airBaltic flight attendants, gaining insight into their daily work.

In 2023 airBaltic recruited 684 employees, and the overall amount of the team reached 2 500 professionals. A total of 177 vacancies were published, receiving more than 24 254 applications and conducting 2 899 job interviews. Moreover, it is essential to note, that 20 graduates of the airBaltic Pilot Academy joined the company as First Officers in 2023.
