FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE  San Diego, CA –– Flight schools often struggle with the requirement for double or triple-entry of flight training data between flight lesson tracking systems and scheduling and billing systems, but that is no longer true for flight schools using the Cessna Flight Training System, developed by King Schools, and the Four Forces Flight School Management Software suite.

King Schools and Four Forces collaborated to seamlessly integrate Four Forces' flight school management software suite with the Cessna Flight Training System's Course Tracking Application (CTA), eliminating the requirement for multiple entries of data.

The integration streamlines the learning process for both flight schools and learning pilots. The result is better access to Four Forces’ tools and resources, including scheduling, invoicing, proficiency tracking, and much more. This synergy streamlines the learning process and provides valuable insights and resources, enhancing skill development.

Brett Hart, CEO of Four Forces, commented, “We are excited to partner with King Schools and combine the power of Four Forces with their CTA solution. King Schools along with John and Martha King have a long-standing reputation for excellence in aviation education, and the Four Forces team promises to continue to develop and stay the best compliment to King Schools, Cessna, and their customers for years to come.”

The Cessna Flight Training System equips flight schools and their customers with a Part 141 approvable curriculum from Private Pilot through Instrument Flight Instructor.

The courses include home-study and flight lesson tracking right in the cockpit, along with online reporting which provides access to the data from virtually any location.  By integrating with Four Forces software, the flight training data will flow into the Four Forces flight school management software, facilitating tracking, scheduling and billing.

“Flight schools have asked us for an integration connecting their flight school management software directly with our CTA platform,” noted Brian Hough, King Schools SVP of Business Development. “Four Forces offers a comprehensive, user-friendly solution that makes interoperability seamless. Plus, their full-service concierge onboarding makes implementation easy for new customers.”

Four Forces (https://flyfourforces.com/) is a comprehensive flight school management platform built to streamline operations for flight schools and aviation clubs. The software integrates critical functions such as scheduling, billing, CBTA-based grading, student tracking, safety management, and maintenance oversight, enabling schools to operate more efficiently and scale effectively.
