Last month I had the good fortune of a private tour of the Cuban Stock Cigar factory in Tamboril, Domincan Republic while overnighting in Santiago, D.R. It was about a 20-minute Uber ride from our hotel to the cigar factory. Though we weren’t given a very clear address for the factory, with the insight of our intrepid driver, we managed to find it fairly easily. The manager greeted us with freshly brewed coffee and a cigar. I hope you’ll enjoy my full review of the Cuban Stock Cigar Factory in this month’s issue under the Food Bites column.
